专利摘要:
The leak detector is intended to observe any leaks in a pipe (1) to be checked. The leak detector comprises a collecting vessel (2) and a connector (3) in its lower part. A drain pipe (4) is connected to the connector. The collecting vessel (2) is fastened with a fastener (7) stationary on an element (8). In order for the pipe (1) to be checked to be able to move in the longitudinal direction (for example when pipes are connected), an elastic coupling element (6) is attached watertight to the lower part of the collecting vessel (2). A lower part of the coupling element has been attached watertight to the pipe (1) to be checked. When the pipe (1) to be checked moves, the elastic element (6) becomes longer or shorter and the watertightness of the couplings is maintained.

Leak detector Technical field This invention belongs to the field of construction, it is a device intended for for the detection of possible leaks in water and heating pipes and pipes installed in buildings.
Previously used solutions Many types of leak detectors are used to detect possible leaks in water and heating pipes installed in buildings and their connections.
They can be electrical (detectors that react to a rise in humidity) or mechanical, where - leakage is detected visually.
Leak detectors are especially important in places where it is difficult or impossible to detect a leak by visual inspection (directly from the pipe).
Today, prefabricated space elements (such as a bathroom element) are often used in the construction of buildings, where the necessary piping is pre-installed at the factory in a light engineering flue element and installed in the spaces reserved for them in the space element.
The degree of readiness of such space elements is usually high, in which the light piping of the chimney elements is usually ready for connection to each other.
The space elements are often finished with their surface materials and furniture, so that the piping can no longer be inspected on site without breaking the material after the light chimney elements have been connected to each other.
In several countries, for such closed r N pipelines, there is a requirement that a mechanical leak detector S be installed in each layer, which would allow a possible leak location to be detected quickly: = without breaking the substance. 2 Standard mechanical leak detectors consist of a collecting vessel and its lower part = from the existing connector to which a thin flexible outlet pipe is connected.
The indicator is placed S to a location in the pipe where it is desired or required to check for leakage manifestation.
The collection containers are normally tubular or funnel-shaped.
Tube or
, the lower part of the funnel is attached to the pipe to be inspected watertight and its lower part has a connector to which the flexible outlet pipe is connected. The other end of the exhaust pipe is pulled to a location where it is easy to observe. Pipes and wires are usually covered with thermal insulation. If in the section of pipe above the receptacle or - there is a leak in the pipe fitting, the leaked liquid collects in the lower part of the funnel and flows through the outlet pipe to a visible place where it can be seen. The use of a leak detector prevents hidden leaks in the pipe and at the same time allows the location of the leak to be determined fairly accurately without dismantling the structures.
Such a leak detector is described, for example, in the Finnish utility model F112232 (LVI-Pörssi Oy, Samuli Kuusio, Hannu Makkonen, 2018), where a funnel-shaped collection container is connected to the pipe to be inspected watertight at the narrow end of the funnel. The attachment is watertight, but immovable and does not allow the pipe to move - up or down relative to the collection container. The collection container, on the other hand, cannot move because the thermal insulation prevents movement. Such a leak detector must therefore be permanently mounted in the same position and in the same place in the pipe, both during installation and subsequent use of the piping. If, for any reason, the position of the collecting vessel in the pipe changes, the watertightness of the collecting vessel around the pipe to be inspected may not be lost and the leaked liquid would not leak through the outlet pipe to the inspection point but down the pipe to be inspected. Due to such a change in position, the watertight connection between the discharge pipe and the collecting vessel may be lost and the leak detector is no longer appropriate. | However, the movement of the pipes during or after their installation S is common. Particularly light flue piping often requires Moving N25 tubes during connection and operation may cause the tubes to move: S due to thermal expansion and vibration. Collection container fixed to the tube - is not usable in such circumstances. | = | 3 The invention It is an object of the present invention to obviate the above-described drawback. To | & 30 —leak detector would also work smoothly for movement or |
N | during any other movement, the attachment of the collecting container should allow some movement in the longitudinal direction of the pipe to be inspected and still remain vestibular. With regard to this solution, such a result has been achieved by installing a flexible additional connecting element and attaching the collecting container to the frame structure. Such a connecting element can be, for example, a corrugated pipe, a foldable pipe or another longitudinal = flexible = watertight tubular element. - The upper end of the flexible connecting element is watertight attached to the lower part of the collecting vessel, whereby the collecting vessel | can - however, move = longitudinally - along the test = pipe. The lower part of the connecting element is attached watertight and fixed to the pipe to be inspected.
Thus, the desired result has been achieved with a simple structural solution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The technical drawings of the invention are illustrated by the following figures: Figure 1: Leak detector before connecting the pipe to be inspected to another corresponding pipe; Figure 2: Leak detector after connecting the pipe to be checked. An implementation example and a technical solution of a leak detector are shown in Figures Fig1 and Fig2. | The leak detector consists of a collecting vessel (2) mounted on the pipe (1) to be inspected and a connector (3) at the bottom thereof to which an outlet pipe (4) is connected. The other end of this tube S is pulled to the checkpoint (5). A watertight flexible connecting element (6) is attached to the lower part of the collecting vessel (2). The attachment of the top of the connecting element allows = 25 - in addition, the longitudinal movement of the collecting vessel in relation to the pipe (1) to be checked. > The lower part of the connecting element (6) is fastened watertight and stationary & around the pipe (1). The collection container (2) is fixed with the bracket (7) O light flue element (8) in the structure. The tube (1) is coated if necessary S with thermal insulation (9). | & 30 In the case of the use example of the invention, we require that a leak detector | to connect the pipe (1) to be inspected, it must be moved slightly up or down. |
4 | Prepare the collecting vessel (2) for installation and attach the outlet pipe (4) and a resilient connecting element (6) in a compressed position, the upper end of the connecting element being fixed in a watertight manner to the lower part of the collecting vessel. The collecting vessel (2) together with the outlet pipe (4) and the flexible connecting element (6) is then mounted on the pipe (1) to be inspected and fixed with a bracket (7) to the structure of the light flue element (8). The lower part of the connecting element (6) is then fastened watertight and fixedly around the pipe (1) to be inspected. If necessary, install thermal insulation (9) in the pipe (1). When the tube (1) is moved up and | downwards, the flexible connecting element (6) lengthens or shortens, but the collecting vessel (2) and the outlet pipe (4) remain in place with respect to the element (8). The water tightness of the joints is maintained and the leak detector is still in working order and functional.
